UB Stages Thunder

Tickets for the University of Bridgeport's "Campus Thunder, '62" production which will play at the Klein auditorium on Dec. 1, 2, and 4, will go on sale from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the UB Drama center, Hazel street.

The sale will continue at the Drama center on Nov. I6, 17 and the 20, 21, and 22 beginning at 11 a.m. Tickets will be available at the Klein box office beginning Nov. 27 at 11 a.m. and continue on Nov. 28, 29 and 30 as well as Dec. 1, 2, and 4.

Albert A. Dickason, writer and producer of the Campus Thunder productions, has titled this year's edition "Queen of Diamonds."

The plot revolves around two small town girls, "Abby Thomas" played by Elizabeth Guzzi, and "Erma Carney" played by Cindy Gelbard, who come to New York looking for jobs. They become involved with an electronic computer which matches an employer wJth an employe.

Through a human error, the electronic brain goofs and throws the lives of the girls into turmoil. Abby becomes innocently employed by a gangster and the girls become involved in the theft of the world famous jewel, the Queen of Diamonds.

Twenty original songs as well ; as many colorful production nurnbers are featured in the collegiate ' show.

Chorus members who would do credit to a Broadway stage add lustre to the many colorful production numbers In the show.
